Operating The APS1100B

Adding small amounts of fuel at a time will give the room a more uniform temperature.
Keep the ashes from building up by emptying them regularly into a metal container. Put a lid on the container.
Dispose of the ashes by burying them in the ground.

Wood burning heaters cannot be connected to a Type B gas vent.
Have your chimney inspected by a qualified inspector.
Do not store flammable substances near the stove.
Keep the feed door closed when the heater is in use.
